In September 2019, Hadid launched the first Khabar project in Khiva City, Khorezm region. This pilot project introduced high-speed WiFi infrastructure across key urban and heritage zones, with the support of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Malaysia.
Khabar aimed for a nationwide expansion, delivering next-generation wireless connectivity to other regions in Uzbekistan through direct investment and cross-border collaboration.
