International Player Joint Venture

Stroitelnaya Iniciativa (STI)
  • Hadid has entered into a consortium agreement with Kazakhstan local company called Stroitelnaya Iniciativa LLP (Category 1) in 2016. The consortium has opened more opportunities for Hadid to secure projects in Kazakhstan.
  • In 2019, Hadid joint venture (JV) with STI to strengthen our relationship and access to new markets and distribution networks.

International Oil & Gas Membership

Kaz Service Association
  • Hadid has been a member of Kaz Service Association since 2016, an association in the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the aim to unite and consolidate oil and gas services companies.

Malaysian Consortium (MyConsortium)
  • In 2016, Hadid successfully led a few Malaysian companies under MyConsortium to operate business in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • Hadid as the leader of the consortium collaborated with the following companies:
Large Corporation-SMEs Partnership Program by MATRADE
  • Due to Hadid’s vast experience in Kazakhstan, MATRADE has chosen Hadid to lead the Large Corporation Programme in 2019.
  • Hadid succeeded in bringing more Malaysian companies to venture potential business in Kazakhstan through this programme.

Government-Sectors Support

Malaysian Technology Development Corporation (MTDC)
  • Since 2018, MTDC has invested in Hadid under the Business Expansion Fund (BEF) for technology transfer in Kazakhstan’s projects.
