The execution of the interior inspection services with the use of the GEO and MFL (Magnetic Flux Leakage) tool. For the detection of all types of anomalies in the Varadero – Matanzas Pipeline, 72.9 km long and 20 in diameter, and the Turbo Pipeline from the Ñico López refinery to the ECASA Fuel Base, with a length of 38 km and a diameter of 10.
- Pipeline 1: 10-Inch x 38 km Turboducto Ñico López
- Pipeline 2: 20-Inch x 72.8 km Crude Pipeline from Varadero – Matanzas (LMO)
- Pipeline 3: 16-Inch x 32 km Gasoducto Energas – Punto Cero
Total manhour for this project is 28,512.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Provision to Supply Manpower Tool And Equipment For Pipeline Inspection Using Caliper/Geometry & Magnetic Flux Leakgae (MFL) Tool For Turboducto Nico Lopez Pipeline 1×10”X 38km
- To prepare in line inspection tools for the specific requirements of the project.
- To conduct testing of tools using mock operation.
- To mobilization and demobilization of personnel and equipment to the client specified mobilization point.
- To inspection data analysis to agreed standards and specifications
- To provide immediate on-site field report.
- To complete a final inspection report within 60 days of project completion.
